R1 has spent the past year investing and developing the rich intellectual property that is at the heart of the Discovery Cards and Guides. This true value of our intellectual property is transferred once you receive it in your possession. Therefore, we are not accepting any returns or refunds at this time but will exchange defective or damaged products.

Exchanges:

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Help@R1RecoveryFirst.com. Together we will decide on how best to handle the situation and if sending the defective or damaged products back to us is required. If we deem it necessary, we will request in writing to send your item to: 1815 N. Utah Street, Arlington, VA, 22207, United States.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1815 N. Utah Street, Arlington, VA, 22207, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive your item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your purchase or credited back to your account.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
