Values are the principles and standards that guide our behavior and our judgment of what is important in life. Living out of sync with our values is a source of anxiety and stress. This card deck (and companion Facilitator Guide) provides a model for identifying your core values and gives suggestions of actions to take to orient your life in line with your values.
